About the Role
Working as part of an established engineering team, this role involves hands-on assembly and production of a wide range of fabricated and fully assembled products.
Key Responsibilities
Bench assembly of engineering components
Stripping, preparing and terminating cables
Soldering electrical connections
Carrying out quality checks on assembled parts
Assisting with light fabrication tasks when required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting production targets and deadlines
Ensure all work is carried out to company quality standards and engineering specifications
Follow health and safety regulations, including safe working practices within the workshop and during the installations
Maintain clean and organised work areas
About You
You will be:

Highly motivated for the delivery of accurate and high quality work
Work effectively and calmly under pressure and to strict deadlines
Good communication skills
Work effectively in a team
Conscientious
Accurate with high attention to detail
Experience and Skills
Experienced in manufacturing, production and/or assembly work
Experienced with cable assembly or soldering essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work with workshop tools and equipment
Welding or fabrication experience is an advantage but not essential
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
