About the Role
Responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue through strong relationships, account planning and commercial evaluation. Acting as a senior point of contact, the role partners with key strategic stakeholders to understand client needs to deliver solutions that create long-term value.
The role owns account strategy while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and meet growth targets. Working cross-functionally, the Account Manager ensures clients receive high quality, consistent experience and that commercial objectives are achieved.
The role requires a confident, consultative sales leader with strong commercial judgement, capable of managing complex accounts and influencing at a senior level.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing and growing strategic client accounts
Experience in manufacturing a strong advantage
Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth against targets
Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales capability
Experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders
Solid commercial acumen
Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies and plans
Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline
Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively across internal teams to deliver client outcomes
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account plans that drive retention, expansion and long-term value
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts
Own forecasting, pipeline management and reporting for assigned accounts
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and renewals
Act as a senior point of contact ensuring high-quality client experience
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to client needs
Monitor account performance proactively
Contribute to sales strategy, planning and continuous improvement initiatives
